2022 Pastor’s Roundtable Retreat

October 24-26, 2022

There is a seat at the table for you.

The Sanctuary Pastors Retreat is not a "sit down and listen while we tell you what to do” event. Sanctuary is a sacred space where Lead Pastors can engage in authentic life and conversation.

We will have round tables - not rows.

We will have dialogue - not monologue.

There will be no green rooms or hierarchy.  Every pastor will have a seat at a level table and be esteemed for your faithfulness to the flock, irrespective of size.

The agenda is simple. Great conversations. Outdoor adventure. Rest and relaxation. Lasting friendships.

This year we have made room for fifty of our friends in ministry, with our generous partner churches covering the entire cost. All you have to do is come.

We have increased our capacity to 50 Lead Pastors this year. It all happens at New Life Ranch in Adair, Oklahoma. The accommodations are first-class and the hospitality will be world-class!

You can arrive anytime the afternoon of Monday, October 24th. Our first gathering is that evening.  The retreat concludes at noon on Wednesday, October 26th.

Tulsa International is the closest airport. Please make arrangements for ground transportation to and from the camp. (30 minutes from Tulsa)

There is no cost to attend, other than your transporatation to and from, but space is limited, so register right away!

Please note the following before registering:

You must be a Lead Pastor.

You are asked to commit to attending the entirety of the retreat.

We ask that you do not cancel, except for an emergency.

In the case of emergency cancelation, we ask you to fill your space with another Lead Pastor or cover the expense of $300.

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours with all the other details you will need.
