Is Blaine available to facilitate the launch of Katharos in a church?
As his schedule allows, Blaine will spend a weekend with a church, training Katharos leaders, speaking to the men of the church, and personally launching and leading the first Katharos group meeting that Sunday night. Click here for all the details.
Is there a way for us to cover the cost of investing in Katharos?
Yes. One of the most important things you can do in launching the Katharos Masterclass is to ask each man to invest in their quest for freedom. Simply invite each man to contribute $20 (or whatever you like) to create “buy-in” and cover the cost of the materials.
Can an Individual be certified to lead a Katharos Group?
Yes. The Group Katharos Masterclass program is designed for men who desire to coach other men into freedom. You can start with a group of three of thirteen. Use your contacts and social media to let others know Katharos is available to them!
I want to go through Katharos for my own personal growth and freedom. Is that possible?
Yes. We have a Personal Katharos Masterclass specifically designed for an individual man to study through the videos and workbook. Whether you are struggling with pornography, or simply want to take the class for preventive purposes, it will armor you up for battle!
Can I lead a Katharos Group if I am still struggling myself?
Absolutely. We have discovered the men who begin facilitating a Katharos group grow stronger and actually accelerate their freedom journey. The vulnerability of letting your men know this is a work in progress for you too, will speak volumes about your leadership and humility.
What is the best way to promote Katharos to men in our church?
Our recommendation is to speak on the issue of lust at a gathering of the men in your church. Plan a night of grilling steaks or burgers, (incentive for them to come) and then challenge them to put porn behind them once and for all. Our experience has been — to be bold about this. Remove the stigma and shame and tell them we are all in this together. Share the date, show the Katharos promo video, and sign them up!
How do you provide ongoing training and support?

How do I access the Katharos training videos?
Our Katharos training videos are accessed on our private online platform. After your purchase of the Katharos Masterclass, you will receive the link and password for personal access.
Do you provide a PDF file of the workbook?
We do not. For this simple reason. We want each man that participates to have his own personal workbook where he can take notes, do journal work, and hold onto as a long-term resource. Our experience has been that printed copies of PDF notes tend to get lost and are not valued as highly as a top-shelf workbook.
Should we offer the Katharos Masterclass more than one time?
Absolutely. We recommend churches offer the training class twice a year, once in the spring and again in the fall.
