Personal Coaching and Consulting
One of Blaine’s greatest joys is to work behind the scenes one on one with Pastors and youth leaders to develop the systems and strategies that are right for the growth and ongoing health of their church and ministries. We currently offer three different programs for you to choose from.

“Solutions 24” one day consultation
If you are serious about growing and developing an extraordinary church or youth ministry, then this could be the best investment you’ll ever make.  After a thorough pre-assessment of your ministries, Blaine will come into your church for a 24 hour period to help trouble-shoot your growth obstacles and identify your best opportunities for increase. You will receive customized strategies based on your greatest needs and chief goals.

Included in this day is a volunteer training meeting, facilities analysis, logo and identity evaluation, as well as the development of a one year plan for attendance increase and spiritual health.

“Optimum 12”  development program
Blaine is currently making himself available to a few select churches for a 12 month program for the development for optimum growth in your local church or youth ministry. This program includes the following:
     
An onsite visit from Blaine once a month to meet with your leadership team. Each visit Blaine will engage in personal coaching, objective planning, team brainstorming and training meetings for staff and volunteers. The following 12 areas will be targeted over the 12 months:

Unfortunately, most churches and youth groups are saying all the wrong things in their logo design. We can help you make a powerful first impression splash in your community with a quality, striking logo design.

Blaine will connect you with leading edge graphic designers that know how to work within a church budget.  They will work with you to develop a logo that properly reflects who you are and one that can be used in multiple settings and applications. They can also assist you in the development of brochures, t-shirts, letterhead, and web sites.
